FoodKal may take appropriate action, including suspension of vendor accounts, if vendors fail to maintain service standards.

5. Delivery Partner Terms

Delivery partners agree to:

  • Provide accurate personal and vehicle information

  • Complete assigned deliveries responsibly

  • Maintain professional behavior with customers and vendors

  • Handle customer orders carefully

  • Follow applicable traffic and safety regulations

Delivery partners are responsible for completing deliveries according to platform guidelines.

6. Orders and Payments

When customers place an order through FoodKal:

  • Orders are subject to vendor availability and confirmation.

  • Prices displayed on the platform may be updated by vendors.

  • Additional charges such as delivery fees or taxes may apply where applicable.

  • Customers are responsible for completing payments through available payment methods.

FoodKal facilitates transactions between customers, vendors, and delivery partners but does not manufacture or directly provide products listed by vendors.

7. Order Cancellation and Refunds

Order cancellation and refund eligibility may depend on:

  • Vendor acceptance

  • Product availability

  • Preparation or delivery progress

Refunds, when approved, will be processed according to FoodKal's Refund Policy and applicable payment processing timelines.

Vendors are responsible for providing accurate information about their products, including:

  • Availability

FoodKal makes reasonable efforts to maintain accurate information but cannot guarantee that all vendor-provided information is completely error-free.

Service Availability

FoodKal currently provides services in selected service areas.

Availability depends on:

  • Operating conditions

FoodKal may expand, modify, or restrict service areas based on operational requirements.

User Conduct

Users must not:
